Styles provides resets, semantic design tokens, admin foundations, and shared portal patterns. The site stylesheet includes loading/error states, comment threads, checkout dialogs, and responsive behavior used by all seven portal variants.

Prefer semantic variables over hard-coded component colors. UI-library overrides remain in the matching application.
