packages/effects/api は web と site が共有する唯一の業務 API です。

公開読み取りは /public/** を使います。認証が必要な操作はそのプレフィックスを使わず、リクエスト interceptor が Access Token を付与します。API 追加時は TypeScript 型、Nitro、Spring、テストを同時に更新してください。

createApi(http) は src/modules/enterprise.ts から tenant、organization、department、project、task、approval、notification、audit、file も公開します。プロジェクト作成と承認提出には Idempotency-Key、プロジェクトとタスクの更新には version が必要です。file.download() はバイナリヘルパーから Blob を返します。ルートと権限は企業向けドメインを参照してください。
